Indiana Emergency Care (IEC) has over 25 years of dedicated experience to hospitals around the state of Indiana. IEC is known in the area for their outstanding patient care and customer service.
We are an independent, private, democratic group owned and operated by local board-certified emergency physicians who understand what it takes to provide excellent health care to our Hoosier patients. Our team members consist of Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and Administrative Support Staff. Each and every provider shares the same passion and dedication for providing the communities throughout Indiana with exceptional health care service. Our providers pride themselves on demonstrating professionalism and compassion in the field of Emergency Medicine.
The success of Indiana Emergency Care can be attributed to the outstanding Leadership Team that dedicates much of their time to ensuring that each patient seen by our providers has an optimal experience. IEC’s physicians are all trained at the best EM residencies in the country, many obtaining a fellowship afterwards. Additionally, IEC understands the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach and as such many IEC physicians are dual boarded in another specialty.

Many of the IEC physicians have a passion for Emergency Medical Services. IEC is partnered with 25+ different EMS programs providing Medical Director support.
IEC has a wealth of experience in managing Emergency Departments from Critical Access hospitals to Trauma Centers. We understand the importance of developing relationships with local Emergency Medical Services, giving back to communities, and participating in hospital committees. IEC physicians are passionate about providing support to areas that have an impact on the Emergency Department such as medical student and resident academics, EMS directorships, nursing education, local police force support and education, and providing administrative support. These areas help provide support to the area, but also help in physician retention as they can contribute to something outside of shift work.
